Have you lost your drive to exercise? Or maybe you never found it in the first place?
I have good news!
Fitness CAN be fun!
I know because it has become that way for me and it definitely didn’t start off that way.
When I first started my fitness journey to get back into shape, I tried a bunch of different forms of exercise. I tried running. I hated it. I tried going to the gym and using all the fancy equipment. I hated it.
It wasn’t until I tried Turbofire that I was able to stick with a fitness program and actually enjoy it.
Turbofire is a 90-day home fitness program that involves high-intensity kickboxing and interval training (HIIT). It’s a cardio program like no other I’ve done before.
I’m being honest when I tell you that I used to absolutely HATE cardio before this program. But, I quickly realized it was because I never knew cardio could be fun.
When I thought about doing a cardio workout, I always thought about running on the treadmill or using the elliptical. I guess it was because that is what I always saw all the girls doing in college.
That kind of cardio is definitely not for me.
Turbofire cardio is different. It combines good music with athletic kickboxing moves, with a dance quality. Not to mention, the trainer Chalene Johnson is so motivating!
It’s fun and it’s effective. Some of the workouts are only 15 – 20 minutes long, but because it’s a HIIT workout (high intensity interval training), you can end up burning 5x more calories than you would running on the treadmill, in half the time.

I get so excited talking about Turbofire that I wanted to share it with you and give you a chance to win it for yourself! Unfortunately the Turbofire giveaway is over, but be sure to subscribe to Fit Life Pursuits using the form at the bottom of this page to be notified of future giveaways!
Want to know what Turbofire did for me? In 90-days I lost over 13 pounds and kept it off for good. Turbofire made me fall in love with fitness.

When I first started, all I cared about was losing weight. But, then fitness became much more to me than that. It became a lifestyle. I call Turbofire my “soul mate workout”.
Sure, I had days when I didn’t want to workout, but I just pushed play and before I knew it I was kickboxing all over my living room.
I have done many other types of workouts since Turbofire, but when I need a fun challenging workout to get me motivated, I always return to it.
My advice to you is to find your “soul mate workout”. Find the workout that you enjoy doing. It may be running, it may be biking, it may be yoga, or it may just be Turbofire!
Have you found your soul mate workout? What is it??

I’ve never hear of Turbofire before, but it sounds like my kind of workout video! I love doing kickboxing workouts on days that I want to do cardio, but can’t make it to the gym. I do have to admit that I think my soul mate workout is CrossFit! But it doesn’t hurt to have another option of my non-CrossFit days!
Oh my goodness, it’s so fun! And if you like kickboxing style workouts then you will love it! It definitely doesn’t hurt to have other options. Options are always good!
