16. Billy Blanks PT 24/7 Workout System
Created by Billy Blanks, Tae Bo is a full-body workout. It combines lower body movements (tae) such as kicking, with upper body “boxing” movements (bo). It combines martial arts, boxing, and dance, set to high-energy music for 7 different 30-minute workouts. Even though it is not your typical dance movements, it does require some choreography. Just be aware that you will be doing more kicking and punching in this workout than you will be dancing.

17. CORE DE FORCE

Once you pick your home workout program, the key to reaching your goal is to be consistent. No matter how good the program is, if it is not used the way is was intended, it won’t do any good.
