What is The Food Dare?
Healthy eating and dieting can be restrictive and boring. It doesn’t have to be that way.
The Food Dare provides a day-by-day guide to improve the way you eat, and will ultimately allow you to experience the health transformation of your entire life in just one month.
The Food Dare is a 30-day challenge where you will be adding healthy new eating habits into your diet, in three phases. In each phase you will practice each new healthy habit so that it can become a lifestyle, not a diet.
This dare is not about deprivation or restriction. It is about adding to your life to make your food choices healthier and more nutritious. You won’t be eating less food, you’ll be eating the right food.
The Food Dare Team provides additional support and healthy- eating resources. When you join the Team, you’ll have access to the online support team page forever, so if you decide to return to The Food Dare for another round, your cheerleaders will be there waiting for you.

I’ve been in your shoes. I’ve struggled with eating a healthy balanced diet. I was a junk-food lover to the core. Candy, pizza, ice cream, soda. You name it, I ate it. Every. Day. But, my junk food addiction began to catch up with me and I knew I needed to create a lifestyle change.
I know how hard it can be to stick to a healthy diet. But I also know that it doesn’t have to be that hard. I have a solution for you.
I created this dare based on the changes I made in my own life that led me to lose weight, have more energy, and feel more confident about my health.
