Do you enjoy exercising? Is it easy for you to get motivated to exercise? Do you stay on track with your fitness goals every day?
If you answered “no” to any of those questions, then you’re in luck! Because I am NOT going to talk about exercise today. I am talking about the end of exercise.

Tired of squats, lunges, push-ups, and boring cardio? Then pay attention because you’re about to look forward to working out! Shaun T goes back to his dancing roots and makes losing weight an “experience.”
Do you like to dance? Would you like to learn how to dance? Would you rather dance than exercise?
If “yes” then the End of ExerCIZE Challenge is for you!

Take a look at this video to see what CIZE is all about.
You will be dancing and having fun! You won’t feel like you are working out, you’ll just be having a good time!
I had the opportunity to give this dance program a try and I absolutely loved it!
This challenge is for anyone of any shape, size, dance level, and age!
And if you think you can’t dance, don’t worry. The routines are broken down step-by-step, move-by-move, and slowly combined into a full dance workout. You’ll be so focused on mastering the moves that for 35–40 minutes you’ll forget you’re actually burning fat and calories, and getting in the best shape of your life.
When you add in the delicious meal plans included, you have a complete program that will get you results! Fun, fitness, and fuel…while dancing!!

This looks fun!
It is so fun! I have tried a few of the routines and it definitely doesn’t feel like I’m working out, but I’m sweating my butt off!
Oh man, the thought of dancing as exercise always scares my rhythm-less self!
I’m sure you are a lot better than you think!
I need to give this to my husband since I think dancing is prob the only way he will exercise!
Haha. Yes, I know how he feels. I used to feel the same way about exercise as well. I have tried Cize and it’s awesome. I seriously don’t realize I’m working out when I do it.
