Wooo! I don’t know about where you are, but the weather sure is warming up out here in Oregon! We are supposed to be getting a heat wave this week and everyone is freaking out. But, this Florida girl isn’t worried! I’m sure this “heat wave” is nothing compared to the heat of Florida summers! (I feel for you Florida friends).
But speaking of heat, I have a fun challenge planned for you! It’s called the Summer Sweat Challenge and it officially starts July 1st! The goal of this challenge is to get up off the couch and get your sweat on for 30 days! That means that I will challenge you to be active in different ways throughout the month (with a few rest days here and there).
It may sound strange, but I make it my goal to sweat daily. I know that if I am getting a little sweaty sometime during the day that I am being active! And we all know that daily activity helps you maintain a healthy weight and stay fit!
It doesn’t take long. You can do most of the daily challenges in as little as 5-10 minutes! They are meant to challenge you to get moving, have fun, get some fresh air, try new things, and SWEAT!
