If you’ve been following me for a while, you may have noticed that I like to make lists and goals. I have created my big bucket list, which I call my personal Fit Life Pursuits and I also create monthly goals (which are usually more health focused). I like creating these lists because it gives me something to aim for, something to look forward to, and something to feel proud of when I finish.

Well, I am back with another list, but I need your help! I am creating my Fall To-Do list! On this list can be anything from places I want to go, things I want to do, foods I want to make, and more.
It should be a challenge because for most of this Fall I am going to be either in the car on a roadtrip across country, or visiting family and friends in Florida. But, I am going to factor those things in and come up with some to-dos that I can only do away from home. Here’s where I need your help! Help me come up with new things to do!
On our roadtrip we will be driving through:
Twin Falls, Idaho
Jackson, Wyoming
Rapid City and Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Chicago, Illinois
Cleveland, Ohio
Buffalo, NY
Boston, MA
New Haven, CT
Hershey, PA
Washington D.C.
Asheville, NC
and everything in between!
If you know of must-see things to do in these areas, I’d love to hear them!! Leave a comment and let me know what I can’t miss!

My Fall To-Do list so far:
- Make apple butter
- Climb Tumalo mountain
- Run in a 5K for charity
- See Mount Rushmore
- Eat deep dish pizza in Chicago
- Make monkey bread
- Read See Me by Nicholas Sparks
- Bike around Washington D.C.
- Go to the beach
- Go “screenless” for a day (no phone, computer, TV)
- Get a facial (never had one before!)
- See Niagra Falls
- Take an aerial yoga class
I need your help! What other new things should I add to my Fall To-Do List? Do you make fun to-do lists? Do you have any suggestions of things to see on our roadtrip?

That sounds like so much fun! Let me know if you want to meet up at all while you’re in Chicago!
That would be awesome Erin! I’ll let you know when we figure out which day we’ll be in Chicago!
OMG in Jackson, WY go to Persephone Bakery! Get their egg and bacon croissant! That thing is heavenly! And their coffee is delicious too! And so is their brussels sprouts and squash side. I crave that croissant still and I’m in Atlanta, so it’s way too far! But that meal alone is HUGE! I also LOVE Boston! I just liked walking along the Charles River and going to Boston Commons! I could walk around that city for days and be in heaven!
Thank you so much Liz for the suggestions! I am super excited about that bakery now!
