I was always a “dare” person. Not because I felt like I had anything to hide, but I was always up for a challenge, and the dares were always more fun!
Dares take us out of our comfort zone and challenge us. They force us to do something we may not necessarily want to do, or would ever think to do, on our own. And, unless you had really mean friends, dares usually ended up being exciting, thrilling, and fun.
Accomplishing a dare makes us feel proud and gives us reason to brag. Almost always it is was support from our friends and the darer that got us through it!
Well, I’ve got a dare for you today, and I need you to tell the truth. And you have my full support!
I dare you to take a look at your life as it is right now and ask yourself:
“In 20 years, is it likely that I will be happy with the way I’m treating my body today?”
