Today is National Women’s Health and Fitness Day! As a way to be celebrate, I am announcing the new October Monthly Challenge!
This challenge is going to be focusing on the importance of regular physical activity for women! We will be working out consistently together (virtually) for 13 days!
And, what woman doesn’t want to work on their booty?! Too big, too flat, too wide, too squishy…whatever you may think about your bottom, we are going to challenge it this month by putting the BOO back in booty!
What does that mean? It means that we are going to be doing a different serious of glute (butt) exercises every day for 13 days that focus on strengthening, toning, and tightening our bottoms!
If you want to learn what exercises you should be doing to get the butt you want, this challenge is for you! If you want the accountability to begin exercising consistently, this program is for you!
Why 13 days? I picked 13 days because well…13 is the superstitious number, and since this is October, we are sticking with the spooky theme!
