This site is called Fit Life Pursuits simply because it’s about pursuing a fit life.
Pursuing a fit life means that I will always be able to say “yes” to any exciting adventure, without having to worry if my body is up for it. It means that I will pursue a life that I love and challenge myself to fully experience life and chase my dreams. I will love my body by treating it right and will strive for imperfect progress from the inside out.
I have a lot of dreams. But, I don’t just consider them dreams because dreams can seem out of grasp. I consider them my fit life pursuits. I am going to do everything on this list and pursuing a fit life will get me there.
